Peter J. Malia, Jr. is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross (1988) and Syracuse University College of Law (1992).  He was admitted to practice law in the State of Maine in 1992, and the State of New Hampshire in 1997.  Peter is also a member of the Maine and New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Associations. Peter's practice areas include all types of civil litigation, such as contracts, construction law, collections, real estate disputes (boundaries, roads, easements, etc.), personal injury; as well as municipal law, planning board and zoning board land use issues, estate planning, corporate formation, and corporate representation.

Peter previously chaired the Fryeburg Planning Board, and he is a member and Past-President of the Fryeburg Area Rotary Club.  Peter also represents several towns in Maine and New Hampshire as Town Counsel. 

Peter is a member of the Bridgton Advisory Board of the Kendall and Anna Ham Foundation.  Peter is also a certified mediator in both Maine and New Hampshire, a member of the New Hampshire Conflict Resolution Association, and is on the Board of Governors of the Maine Association of Mediators.

Peter is married to Kathryn Linsenmeyer Malia.  Peter and Katie live in Fryeburg with their four boys.
