Mark T. Kremzner , who is licensed to practice in both Maine and New Hampshire, has represented clients before state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.  The focus of his work is in assisting businesses and families on a range of transactional and planning issues.  He provides advice and legal services in the areas of Commercial, Corporate Business and Estate Planning, Real Estate, Municipal and Environmental Law. 

Mark received a BA degree from Lehigh University in 1980 and MIA from Columbia University in 1982.  He has law degrees from the University of Maine (1989) and University of British Columbia (1995) in Vancouver, Canada.

Prior to joining Hastings Law Office,  Kremzner worked in Maine, New Hampshire and foreign based law firms and corporations.  He has held full and part-time appointments on university faculties in the US and Canada teaching courses on commercial, energy, and international law.  In addition, he has worked as a consultant and advisor to government and non-government organizations in the US, Canada and China.   He has published articles on law and economics in academic and business journals.
